AmiPixelShop 0.7.1 - Early Beta

A modern, layer-based image editor written natively for the Amiga.
Not a port and nothing reverse-engineered: written from scratch in plain
C and 68k assembler, running on its own RTG screen up to 1920x1080.

TESTERS WANTED! There are certainly still many bugs. Please report them
on GitHub (Issues). Read Guide.html in the archive for instructions
(works in IBrowse, AWeb and Voyager).
Features

- AI: Generative Fill with a text prompt, Remove (button or brush),
Extend (outpainting), Select Subject, Remove Background - directly
from the Amiga via OpenRouter (needs AmiSSL v5 and an API key)
- Layers (up to 64), 25 blend modes, opacity/fill, locks, groups
- Layer masks, group masks, clipping masks, adjustment layers
- Layer styles: drop shadow, outer glow, stroke
- Brush, eraser, clone stamp, history brush, spot healing, blur/sharpen/
smudge, dodge/burn, gradient, paint bucket, shapes
- Marquee, lasso, magnetic lasso, quick selection, magic wand, color range,
grow, similar, border, smooth
- Editable TrueType text (stays editable when rotated or transformed),
pen tool with Bezier paths
- Free transform, crop, image/canvas size, image rotation
- Filters: gaussian/box/motion blur, unsharp mask, median, noise, emboss,
find edges, high pass, mosaic
- Levels with histogram, Auto and per-channel R/G/B, Curves with histogram
- Undo/redo with history panel, multiple documents
- Rulers and guides; selections, shapes, crop and the move tool snap
to guides, image edges and layer edges
- Built-in update: checks for a new version at start (when online),
installs it and restarts (can be turned off in the Help menu).
Update packages are signed - a damaged or forged package is refused
- Reduce Colors: optimized palettes (24 bit, OCS 12 bit, MagicWB),
2-256 colors, EHB, HAM6, HAM8, dithering, live preview
- New Document presets for the classic Amiga screen modes
- Native .aps format, layered PSD import, IFF ILBM import and export,
PNG, JPEG, datatypes
Requirements
------------
- PiStorm with Emu68 (JIT-emulated 68040 + FPU) - recommended
- maybe a real 68060 with FPU and RTG (untested)
- AmigaOS 3.2, Picasso96/P96 with a 24 or 32 bit screen mode
(without Picasso96: CyberGraphX, e.g. MorphOS - untested)
- 128 MB Fast RAM or more
- for the AI features: Roadshow, AmiSSL v5, OpenRouter API key
Tested on an Amiga 500 with PiStorm (Pi 3A+, Emu68) and AmigaOS 3.2.3.
Installation
------------
Unpack the archive anywhere and start AmiPixelShop. On the first start
choose a screen mode. For the Type tool put TrueType fonts into
FONTS:truetype/.

MIT License. Uses stb (Public Domain/MIT), zlib (zlib License),
TweetNaCl (Public Domain) and the Open Sans font (Apache License 2.0).
Developed by a professional art designer with the help of Claude.
Note on the uploader address: it is written without the @ and the dot
to keep address harvesters out. Put an @ before "gmail" and a dot in
front of "com" and you have it.

Eine moderne Bildbearbeitung mit Ebenen, nativ fuer den Amiga
geschrieben: kein Port, nichts nachgebaut per Reverse Engineering,
sondern von Grund auf in C und 68k-Assembler. Laeuft auf einem eigenen
RTG-Bildschirm bis 1920x1080.
