Recorder can record and play back key, mousemove and mousebutton
input events.
It can be used to automate inputs when it's not possible to write a
script or something alike.

Changes since version 1.3 are:

    - Added QUIET option to suppress display beeps.
    - Added NUM option to play one event file several times.
    - After play back, the qualifier keys got never unpressed, since
      the unpress events weren't recorded anymore. This caused problems
      with several commodities, like AutoCLI. Fixed that by explicitly
      unpressing the qualifers.
    - Documentation is in AmigaGuide format now.
    - Added QUAL option to change the control qualifiers.
