From QuickDir.doc:

       QuickDir corrects those 2 main problems and gives you nice
       directory list output, too. I wrote it C and compiled with
       Aztec C v5.0a which is still very good compiler for my old
       Amiga 500, although it dates back from 1990. No matter what
       some of you may think about old development software, but
       they it's sometimes the best choice for programers.

       I'm sure I don't have to explain how to use QuickDir. Just
       rename it to something much shorter (e.g. QD like I) and put
       it to some directory included in your path environment.

       QuickDir should work on any Amiga model.
