CLIanywhere toggles a screen's Workbench flag, making it
act like a Workbench screen, and then launches the specified
program onto that screen. If the program doesn't detach from
the CLI, the flag stays toggled, in effect giving you a
second Workbench screen of sorts. Any program that would
normally have opened on WB will open on this screen instead,
IF it's the frontmost, providing that the program isn't rude
and looks for Workbench by name (programmers, take note!).
