This  commodity  for  the 3-button-mouse-owner let's you:
- add a (mostly) free key for the mid-button (i.e. for multiselect!)
- using the mid-button for multiselect and as a mid-button
- add more qualifiers in conjunction with the right-button
- closing of windows with the mid-button (doubleclick!)
- copying the marked test in a window into a shell with the midbutton 
  (no more rcommand-c, rcommand-v)
- gives you a small memory/clock-window
- etc.
