Shine 1.0.0c


Shine is an fixed-point MP3 encoder. Use it only if your Amiga
don't have a floating-point unit (68000/020/030/LC040/LC060),
because Lame FPU version generates a lot better quality MP3 files.


Speed Test:

Here is a speed comparison (Shine vs Lame with fp emulation):

test.wav - 15 secs RIFF WAVE audio file

"Shine test.wav test.mp3" -> 0:10s
"Lame -f -q9 test.wav test.mp3" -> 1:20m
