	These  docs  detail  the  installation  and  customization  of  UMS
(Universal  Message  System)  and  IntuiNews.  Most of the work was done by
Doug  Smith,  however  I have re-formatted it and added some goodies to it.
Note  that  IntuiNews  requires  the installation of MUI, also available on
