This simple program shows a turning globe on a defined position on
a public screen, a defined delay, direction and priority.

It was written in 1-2 hours, so please don't expect a GUI, tooltypes-
support or similar.

Use TurningGlobe ? for options. If you TG run, it detaches from CLI/Shell,
and if you run it again, it will remove itself from the system.
Start it with your prefered options from the user-startup or startup-
sequence.

There are problems with AGA possible (false colours / changes screen colours),
but I can't check it,
and it doesn't work with overscan resolutions.
