What's new?					08-02-1992

This new release of BigBrother is an update of V2.11 on Fish 473.
The purpose of the new release was to make BigBrother more compatible
with KickStart 2.0 and to add some usefull new features.

- 2.0 look gadgets. The colors used by BigBrother V3.12 may look strange
  on a normal 1.2 or 1.3 machine. 
  Just use the following colors:

	color 0    --->   10,10,10
        color 1    --->   15,15,15
        color 2    --->    0, 0, 0
        color 3    --->    6, 7, 9

- all arp stuff has been removed. (Everyone may make mistakes!)

- Nocare patch (of Fish 480) has been included as standard.

- Mouse accelerator has been included. The accelerator uses the
  same acceleration as Dmouse.

- All diskdrive related DoIO functions are done using direct
  rom code. This is done in a legal way and works for all 
  Kickstart (1.2,1.3 and 2.x). All DoIO related viri cannot
  fool BigBrother anymore with a BootBlock emulation.

- The script and shell launching options can be turned off, so
  that the Functionkeys can be used by other programs such as
  WP. The mouse accelerator and the NoCare patch can be turned
  off also.

- BigBrother has now a quit option. All resources are returned
  accept for 200 bytes.

- BigBrother is now using Signals for faster response.

To do in the future
===================

I have several idea's for further expansion:

 - ARexx port for controlling the options.
 
 - An accept option which will accept the current status of BigBrother.
   With such an option you can still use Blitzdisk.

 - Checking more memory locations such as the Switch() function and 
   Interupt no.5. The Switch() function can be used by a virus and if
   BigBrother has to work properly with Xoper (which uses the Switch())
   the accept option must also be implemented.

 - A screen blanker
