Opens a little window-bar on current public-screen with date, time,
millenium-countdown seconds and/or days, hours, minutes, seconds.

Usage: Millenium [options]
  -c	display Millenium-Countdown seconds
  -C	display Millenium-Countdown days, hours, minutes, seconds
  -t	display time
  -d	display date
  -x x	set window x-pos
  -y y	set window y-pos
  -w<e|f|n|xx>	Use 'e'nglish | 'f'rench | 'n'ederlands weekday-abbrevs
		or string xx (must 7×2 chars Sunday, Monday, ... Saturday)
		default: german
