DicHandle v2.2

Dictionary handler for Language Tools. Converts LSDictionary
files. Makes index files for dictionaries. And some additinal
functions:

    - collects word from dictionaries
    - makes spell dictionary for Language Tools
    - you can edit LangTools dictionaries


    dichand-bin.lha - binary files
    dichand-src.lha - gcc source code (read README!!!)
