Keeps your local copy of the Aminet INDEX file up to date by
incorporating changes from RECENT.

Usage is:

MergeRecent INDEX/A,RECENT/A,OUTPUT,FORCE/K

where INDEX is the local copy of an Aminet INDEX file, RECENT is a download
of an Aminet RECENT file and OUTPUT is the filename of the new index file.
If no filename is given for OUTPUT, standard output is used (i.e. the
console).  The FORCE keyword is used to merge files whose dates are more than
a week apart.
