Guide2Doc	Converts AmigaGuide® file to a normal document without any
		"{xxx}"'s, but full ANSI-support!  CLI-ONLY, optional table-
		of-contents-generation and page-numbering.  Output goes to
		StandardOut, so you may redirect it, eg. ">prt:", or read the
		guide in CLI.  V1.0, freeWare, includes C-source.
