This is my humble attempt at drawing a set of blocks for use 
with PAIRS. I'm not an artist, but I think this is a more 
colourful set than the original and the blocks are more easily 
recognised. They certainly look less like Japanese characters!

Extract this archive and place Brians.pbs in the /blocks subdirectory, 
run Pairs and select Load Blocks.

You can use this as your default set by renaming the file to 
"default.pbs", but don't forget to rename your existing default.pbs 
if you don't want to lose it.
