This is a Deskjet 8xx colour printer driver for Workbench. Includes 
support for upto 600 dpi resolution, portrait/landscape modes, colour 
text etc. See doc for more info. This is Giftware.
   This driver is NOT compatible with the 820C which is a Windows only 
Printer.

Moved headers and prototypes from source files to new global.h file
Used STRICT ANSI mode, instead of plain ANSI mode.
Functions now use proper ANSI type headers.
Buffer sizes now use ULONG for all cases rather than UWORD.
