Version for Zeus starts at 2.x

Conversion from MebbsNet BBS to the Zeus BBS Package.

This is a Util that can send lines of text DIRECTLY to a pregiven
bbsline.
This is a very FAST text send version that uses different techniques
to send the text sothat all text is Directly send always !.

It can also send complete text files etc sothat example script
files etc can be displayed to the user.

It has got some CLI options sothat the util can be used in script files,
arexx programs etc whenever a text needs to be send.
This util is faster than the existing AREXX function that can do this.
