PMBSBulletin displays news bulletins to a Prometheus-User.
Each bulletin is displayed in its own colorful window.

PMBSBulletin has these features:

* display up to 20 different bulletins, each in it's own window

* window colors (text, borders, backgrounds) may be selected
  individually

* bulletins may be displayed only to members of certain user groups

* bulletins are centered automatically using the user's 'maximum line
  numbers' entry or may be positioned on an absolute position provided
  by the Sysop

* new bulletins may be connected to a certain date


Since PMBS is a German bbs system, PMBSBulletin uses only German for
it's internal texts. Foreign versions may be requested from the
author!

The .guide file in this archive is German only as well!
