Well here it is folks, the long awaited "C" Upload checking utility.  This is 
a beta version and still has much work needed to be done to it.  This program 
will check the following archive types:

DMS, Warp, Zoom, Zoo, Zip, Arc, Zoo, Lzh, Lha.

It will also add/append ASCII/ANSI text to any file uploaded.  With the 
exceptions of zoom, arj, and future sit support.  It can also convert or just 
add text to Zip, zoo, and arc files. You will still have to adopt orphans to 
put them online.
