This is version 1.3 of HomeBudget.  I have not been able to reach
the author, Mike Huttinger, via the email addresses listed in
the .readme, and I have not tried the above snail address.  I am
posting it at the request of others, since the readme does state
that it is freely distributable software.  If anyone has a newer
version, or the current email adresses of the author, I would
appreciate hearing from you...  

The major features of HomeBudget:
	* Electronic checkbook
		-offers fast reconciliation
		-tied to Budget section for budget updates
	* Budget section
		-uses 2 char codes for accounts
		-prioritize accounts for auto payment
		-optional automatic payments for fixed expenses
		-reports & charts available
	* Savings and other accounts can also be added

Note: There does not seem to be a check printing ability; if that's what
you need try buying Phasar...
