In the rush to upload an adf file free of the Ebola virus I totally forgot to include the startup-sequence needeed to make it auto-boot properly. My most sincere apologies to both "Cetro del sol" players and Aminet maintainers for all the acumulated inconvenience, and also my most sincere gratitude to Crashdisk for reporting it all. -V 1.1 This 1.1 version replaces version 1.0 which was reported to be infected with the Ebola virus. Other than that There should be no difference with the previous one. -V 1.0 "El Cetro del Sol" is a spanish text adventure by Toni Pera written with the DAAD, the multiplatform tool designed for the exclusive use of "Aventuras AD" in the late 80's - early 90's, used now with the kind permission of Mr. Andres Samudio, company's CEO and former enthusiast and driving force of the text adventure genre in spanish language during the 8/16 bits era. In this game you play as Alejandro Nunez, whose search of an ancient treasure gets him lost in the south american jungle. Amiga and 16 bits versions of the game just differ from their 8 bit counterparts in the use of digitised pictures instead of vector graphics. Pics are taken from tester Pedro Fernandez's own photos of his travels around the Mayan Riviera in 2006. To play the game, just insert the adf file in your favourite Amiga emulator, or plug the disk in the real machine, and let it boot.
