Short: Screenmodes up to 1024x768 Author: André Pfeiffer Uploader: computer_hobby web de Type: driver/moni Version: 40.6 Replaces: util/wb/HighGFX* Requires: OS2.1 or higher, ECS/AGA-ChipSet, MultiSyncMonitor or a good flickerfixer Architecture: m68k-amigaos >= 2.1.0 Kurz: Bildschirmtreiber für 1024x768 Auflösung HighGFX is a monitordriver for ECS/AGA-screenmodes up to 1024x768. Move the HighGFX Driver from this archiv to your "sys:devs/monitors" directory and reboot the system. Thats all. Changes from HighGFX 40.5 to HighGFX 40.6 - higher AGA frequencies (54 Hz 22,24 kHz -> 55 Hz 22,22 kHz) - higher ECS frequencies (50 Hz 20,25 kHz -> 54 Hz 21,81 kHz) - hopefully all known bugs are fixed You need a good display or a CompServ AGA flickerfixer for the A4000. On the A1200 you need a good display or the new Indivison AGA flickerfixer. Supported displays without flickerfixer: Aydin Ranger 5015LP Aydin Ranger 5021 Commodore 1950 Commodore 1960 Commodore 21inch FST Eizo 8060H Idek Iiyama MF-5017 Idek Iiyama MF-5021 Microvitec (Amiga) M1438 Microvitec (Amiga) M1538 Microvitec (Amiga) M1764 NEC Multisync 3D Nokia 417TV Sony CPD 1402E Sony GVM-1310 Sony GVM-2020 and all other monitors, that supports 22kHz modes. If you want to shrink the horizontal size of of the screenmode, add the following line to the HighGFX-icon tooltypes: TOTCLKS=0xB0 Sideeffect is a lower screenrefresh (50Hz 20,25kHz). This archiv includes a new experimental driver called HD720. HD720 enables a 16:9 "wide" screenmode with 1280x720 (47 Hz 17,86 kHz) Also included is the well known HighGFX-testpicture in HAM8. Alternativ icons for WB3.1, WB3.9 and MagicWB are included. The old HighGFX-guide (40.5 and older) and the "useless" ReSync-tool are included in the bonus directory. Have fun. ----- Deutsche Kurzfassung: Einfach den Treiber in das Verzeichnis "sys:devs/monitors" kopieren und den Rechner neu starten. Viel Spaß. ----- Contact: computer_hobby@web.de / www.a1k.org
